Yes. PCL Net Zero is MCS certified and works to recognised standards across heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage and electrical systems, ensuring installations are compliant and designed to perform.
Suitability is assessed through a property survey and heat loss calculation. This helps determine the most appropriate system design based on the size, insulation and heating requirements of the property.
To qualify for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, your property must meet certain criteria, including having a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and replacing an existing fossil fuel heating system with a low-carbon alternative such as a heat pump. The installation must also be carried out by an MCS-certified installer to be eligible for the grant.
