Each Air-sourced Heat Pump system follows a structured process to ensure reliable performance within your wider energy system.

We begin with a discussion about your property, existing heating system and whether an air source heat pump is suitable for your home.

A detailed property survey and heat loss calculation are carried out to design the system correctly. Where appropriate, eligibility for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme and available government funding can also be assessed.

Installation and commissioning
Our in-house team installs and commissions the heat pump system, ensuring all components are configured and operating efficiently.

Handover and ongoing support
Once complete, the system is fully tested and explained, with guidance on how to get the best performance and ongoing servicing available through our support plans.
